រង់ចាំ គឺជាប្រវែងពេលវេលាដែលបង្កើតឡើងដោយចិត្តដែលអំពល់ហើយ។ រង់ចាំ កើតឡើងដោយគំនិតដោយចលនាខួរក្បាល ដោយសារតែវាគ្រាន់តែជាសំណាត់នៃគំនិត ចេះតែរសាត់គ្មានប្ញសច្បាស់លាស់ ទើបមនុស្សដែលរង់ចាំអាចទម្លាក់ការរង់ចំារបស់ខ្លួនដោយយថាហេតុ។ នៅក្នុងការរង់ចាំ ចិត្តវាប្រតោងរកអ្វីមួយ ព្រោះវាមិនអាចអត់អ្វីនោះបាន ហើយចេញពីការប្រតោងខ្យល់គំនិតនេះ ចិត្តវាប្រឹងបង្រួញពេលវេលា ព្រោះចង់ឆាប់។ ចិត្តចង់ឆាប់ បញ្ជាក់ពីធម្មជាតិចិត្តខ្លួនឯងដែលមានគម្លាតកាន់តែខ្លាំង។ កាន់តែបង្រួញ កាន់តែប្រតោង កាន់តែចង់ឆាប់ ពេលវេលាកាន់តែលាតវែង។
Waiting is a length of time created by a disturbed mind. It dwells in thought/brain having no roots that is why it cannot last for long. As it is rooted in thought/ in time, which is not real, that is why waiting can be dropped eventually. In waiting, the mind prolong for something, that prolonging makes time becomes more compressed, and the more the time is compressed the longer it becomes.

ទន្ទឹង (ធ្មឹង) មិនមានពេលវេលាទេ។ ទន្ទឹង គឺជាសភាពចិត្ត ដេកកើយខ្នើយបេះដូង។ ដោយសារវាមានជម្រៅអ៊ីចឹង ទើបវាមិនញ័រ ហើយមកពីអ៊ីចឹងហើយបានជាអ្នកមានទន្ទឹង អាចទន្ទឹងចាំបានយូរ។ ប៉ុន្តែសម្រាប់អ្នកខំរង់ចាំដោយមិនមានអំណត់ អាចនៅរង់ចាំបានតែនៅពេលចិត្តនៅមានអំណត់ទេ ពេលចិត្តអស់អំណត់ គេនឹងគ្រវែងចោលការរង់ចាំនោះមិនខាន។ ចិត្តទន្ទឹងមានអំណត់ អត់មានប្រតោងនឹងអ្វីមួយទេ ហើយមិនប្រញាប់បង្រួញពេលវេលា ដែលបញ្ជាក់ថាចិត្តគ្មានគម្លាត។ ចិត្តកាន់តែមានអំណត់ កាន់តែអត់រស់នៅក្នុងពេលវលា។ អ្នកអំណត់ នៅរង់ចាំយ៉ាងរំភើយដោយមិនអន្ទះអន្ទែង ព្រោះចិត្តឋិតនៅតែបច្ចុប្បន្នអត់មានរសាត់ទៅក្នុងពពកគំនិតណាទេ ពោលគឺគេនៅទន្ទឹង (ធ្មឹង) មើលរហូតដល់អ្វីៗវារួចរាល់ខ្លួនវា ហើយវាប្រាកដឡើងតាមដំណើរធម្មជាតិរបស់វា។ ហេតុនេះហើយបានជា អ្នកមានចិត្តអំណត់ គេអាចនៅរង់ចាំលុះអវសានបាន៕
Patience is the opposite, it is a state of mind that is rooted in the heart, it is rooted in timeless state of mind that is why one who has patience can wait. But one who waits without patience will not be able to wait any longer. Patience does not prolong for anything, not extends the time. In fact, patience does the opposite, the more patient someone is, the more timeless that person is. One is just simply here and now, waiting to see if everything is ready to be here and now together as it is. That is why someone who has patience can wait forever!
